Job responsibilities: • Creation of various evaluations, SAP R / 3 or Excel (for example, actual target time comparisons, evaluation of missing operations) • SAP data entry and maintenance (for example master data maintenance, daily reports if necessary) • Creation of work documents (for example, completion of production plans, maintenance of the appointment list, creation of rework orders) • Support in the day-to-day business of the department (for example, reconciliation and tracking of subscription changes, creation of orders for external assignments) • Administrative tasks such as invoice verification, postal service, travel expenses, etc. • Maintaining department-specific data (for example, time-keeping data for the area of responsibility), including proper archiving • Appointment management or tracking • General internal and external correspondence as well as telephone communication in English

Key Skills

SAP R/3 Advanced Excel Familiarity with back office activities. Good Communication skills in English
