• Female, middle-aged • Specializes in the preoperative, operative, and postoperative care of patients with colorectal disorders • Treat the following diseases : 1. Anal abscess, anal fistula, and anal fissure 2. Bowel incontinence 3. Colorectal cancer (e.g., colon cancer, rectal cancer, anal cancer) 4. Colorectal polyps 5. Diverticular disease (e.g., diverticulitis) 6. Hemorrhoids 7. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD; e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) 8. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) 9. Pelvic floor dysfunction 10. Rectal prolapse (rectocele, proctocele) Customer Excellence (internal/external customer engagement and relationship management) • A strong and confident personality, able to deal with VIP clients • Ability to present information about procedures in simple terms • Compassion for patients • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Organizational and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented • Up-to-date methods for treatment of anal fistula, anal fissure and hemorrhoids
