1. To develop growth plans for his/her own countries/customers, gain approval from Regional Sales Director, and implement and execute these growth plans that align and support the overall growth strategy of the region – spares ,retrofit & Repair orders to be given equal focus 2. To plan autonomous/discrete customer visits based on the growth plan and generate enquiries from customers 3. To create business opportunities by increasing customer interaction in particular through increased valuable, productive face-time with the customer at relevant level 4. To ensure our main customers are visited on a regular basis and their needs are efficiently looked after
