Job purpose: Assist and Support customers and sales teams on order execution, supply chain, spare parts control and payment follow up • Prepare quotation to customers and follow up for orders. • Process orders received from customers with manufacturing plants / suppliers • Coordinate with plants, customers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments • Spare parts inventory control • Prepare monthly report on “OTF”, “Inventory”. • Communicate and Follow up with customers on accounts receivable • Arranging customer events • Office administration including travel arrangement

Key Skills

Excellent communication skill Ability to work independently Skills in Sales force Excel and power point would be added advantage
