Position: Dealer Commission Manager Experience: 12 + Years Role: Full Time On Payroll Location: Pune Salary: Up to 27 LPA Education: CA Qualified or MBA (Finance) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner up to 3 Month Industry experience : Telecom / Investment banking / FMCG Key Responsibilities: - Perform & manage month-end and payment cycle : Accrual of commission expenses – based on the assumptions, Reviewing and approving payment calculations, SOX compliance - Preparing reports and performing analysis of results (payment and Accounting) : to ensure completeness and accuracy , explaining key trends and movements, - Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including Dealers and account managers - Managing Disputes on commissions charges including interacting with Sales and Marketing teams, margin assurance teams and identify root cause & fix it - Identification and investigation of root cause issues whether internal or external and advising the Central team and/or Upstream Analyst - Managing; Update & maintain master data and commercial rules in commissions system Managing Audit - Engages and leads the team to effectively reach operational targets - Sets controls and drives process improvements to maximise efficiency - Organizes workflow of the team in well described environment - Manages performance of team, set targets, evaluate results - Analytical and Decision-making skills with strong data interrogations Email Cvs to Team Rankskills : recruiter2@rankskills.in, 9172201503
