Position: Process Mining- Manager/Sr.Manager Experience : 10 Years Role : Full Time On Payroll Location: Pune Salary: As per company norms Education: Any graduate -Key accountabilities and decision ownership • Consulting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various operations • Process Mining governance • Suggesting the best possible way for Connecting Process Mining tools to IT systems • Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy Governance control of any associated risks or operational improvements required Core competencies, knowledge and experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR etc.) • Strong marketing, stakeholder management, communication andfacilitation skills. • Basic data manipulation skills (SQL) • 10+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization • Familiarity with Google Cloud and at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus Must have technical / professional qualifications: • Analytics and data management relevant qualifications • Expertise in building & supporting large enterprise data integration solutions • Expertise in Analytics and visualization solutions 10 years in similar role Key performance indicators [max 3]: • Design approved architectures for GCP Cloud Platformsand Process Mining platform and adherence to Group Architecture standards and best practices design patterns • Ensure designs are tested to a high standard by defining clear non-functional requirements and working with Quality teams to validate scaling, performance and resilience testing. • Drive critical / high priority integration issues to closure within reasonable time.
