1. Conduct Process Research and Development for CRAMS and Generics Molecules. 2. Supporting to BID estimation process. 3. Maintain PD Lab documents and maintain PD Lab housekeeping. 4. Perform PD Lad familiarization experiments for first scale up. 5. Following GMP. 6. Conduct use of test for raw materials. 7. Tech transfer of new process from lab scale to pilot plant to commercial plant. 8. Conduct demo for new process, conduct pilot plant trial batches. 9. Target reduction in consumption of recovered solvents. 10. Management of resources i.e. Raw Material, Man Power, Power & Utility services. 11. Performing operations in time and as per given instructions in controlled documents. 12. Participate in the various training programmers arranged from time to time. 13. Issuance of finished product, In process samples intimation slips to QC. 14. Issuance of maintenance work intimation to Engg.Dept. 15. Ensure safe working conditions as per guidelines issued by HSE department 16. Familiar with all the activities in the oracle. 17. Listing and the placing the PR for New raw materials and Lab equipment’s in oracle. 18. Prepare the giant chart as per probable work schedule of PD lab. 19. Prepare PD lab reports time to time. 20. Technology transfer of developed molecules from PD lab to plant for commercial scale. 21. Root cause analysis, develop and test new equipment, etc. 22. Documentation of experiments and researches carried out in PD Lab. 23. Knowledge of literature search by using general search engines and publications. 24. Knowledge of analytical techniques and analysis of analytical results 25. Knowledge of ICH guidelines. 26. Setting up and following safety measures in the place of work. 27. Coordination with other departments for smooth execution of assigned projects. 28. Preparation of project report 29. Timely response to queries received from other departments & customers
