Surface Analysis (Draft/Curvature Continue…) Die line/Tooling line / slider lifter Identification & Creation. Parting line creation. 2D sections A-Surface to B-Surface offset creation (3D modeling), close surface creation B-Side Features (Screw & Welding Bosses, Clip towers, Snap, Strengthen & Welding ribs, Dog Houses) – Part Dependent Boolean Operations, Solid modelling Surface modelling Power copies 2D Drawings 3D Annotations Assembly Creation Exploded Views Hole pattern making (Locally) Unfold surface creation (Developed surface) Kinematic Simulation Clash Analysis Plastic part design Automotive Domain Knowledge (IP, Console, Door, Soft Trims) Concept / Master Sections

Key Skills

Must have experience in Design of Plastic parts like -Instrument Panel, Cockpit, Console, Door Trims, Pillar trims.Must be aware of Automotive interior safety,Generate 3D modeling with B side Features
