1. 4-6 years of experience (Automobiles) in leading product engineering team, knowledge of plastic engineering, polymer,tooling and manufacturing process. 2. Product Development experience of various vehicle interior plastic parts (e. g Instrument panels, Floor Consoles, Door trims,Headliners etc.) 3. Conduct component tolerance and assembly stack evaluation 4. Engineering Solutions, functional and product safety requirements, 5. Product and process life cycle management with program launches and life support. 6. Coordination with FEA group for Crash and Static testing analysis 7. Prepare DFMEA and DVP and Reports/ BOM and ECN documents 8. RFQ preparation, Work on PLM
