Sr No Particulars Details 1 Name of Position Consultant/Sr. Consultant- Internal Audit 2 Position Required (in Number's): 4 3 Client Profile Our client is a leading multinational Consulting & Advisory firm with global presence with very strong presence in the Middle East 4 Location for job Bahrain 5 Job Description / Responsibilities • Successfully deliver varied internal audit/ risk assessment/ Internal Financial control engagements • To work with the audit team for dedicated & quality delivery on client engagements • To monitor execution on multiple engagements and close loop any delays in the audit cycle • Deep understanding of the risks and control environment of major business cycles such as P2P, O2C, Finance, R2R, HR, compliance etc. • Report writing / deliverables discussions with managers/ partners as well as client for obtaining appropriate action plan against noted issues • To train the junior staff and act as a team player 6 Skills Needed Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, Excellent report writing skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills 7 Male / Female / Any Male 8 Reporting To Manager 9 Qualification CA (Qualified) /ACCA (Preferably internal auditor certified) 10 Experience (Min / Max) Minimum 2 years post qualifications experience for Consultant, 4 years post qualification experience for Sr. Consultant 11 Salary & Any Other Information Consultant:-Tax Free salary of 800 Bahraini Dinar pm Tax Free+ Visa expenses will be borne by company+ Medical Insurance+ Family status (To & Fro Air fare) Sr. Consultant:- Tax Free salary of 950-1000 Bahraini Dinar pm Tax Free+ Visa expenses will be borne by company+ Medical Insurance+ Family status (To & Fro Air fare) 12 Expected Joining Date At the earliest
