Profile Description Assistant Manager- HSEQ Food Technologist, FSMS Lead Auditor, Thorough knowledge of Food regulations. Having knowledge of multiple food industries/ catering in quality assurance & system implementation. Worked as HSEQ in offshore/ onshore catering sites Personal Quality Interpersonal skills, Communication Skills, Takes initiative and ownership. Professional Requirements Have a degree in Food Technology or equivalent in a relevant subject. Have at least 2+years of relevant working experience as a Senior/Lead Assessor or Auditor for Food Safety, with a reputed certification body or agency or worked in reputed food and beverage manufacturing units in capacity as food safety management. Knowledge and experience in working with management system standards like: ISO 22000, FSCC 22000, OHSAS, EMS, HACCP, ISO 9001 are essential. Having a Lead Auditor registration with a recognized accreditation body (e.g. IRCA) will be preferable. Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within Client organizations. Strong oral and written communication skills along with an excellent report writing ability. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Job Description Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards. Driving Food Safety and Health and safety at all levels of organization. Developing food safety and health and safety manuals, GMP requirements, training modules & implementation at sites Certification of suppliers for food safety, ensuring regulatory compliance of products, supplier facilities. Document management of quality management system. Develop and monitor the food safety KPIs for the regional team and drive improvements. Implement corrective and preventive action for all non-conformities. Ensure regulatory compliance at all own sites Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions, Monitor risk management activities.
