Key tasks & responsibilities • Achieve sales targets for assigned territory to existing and new customers • Actively develop new customers : Tool makers, Tier 1 and OEM’s • Understand customer’s technical needs and offer techno commercial proposal to customers to win business • Create opportunity pipeline for maintaining and developing business. • Responsible for clear communication to customers on Synventive’s products , services and development. • Provide Full service to our customers，Including system installation, resolving issues with hot runner system • Provide training at customer site to their maintenance staff to unable them perform right operations and maintenance. • Able to make technical presentations to customers • Maintain good relationships with key executives at target accounts • Gather information on competition, their activity and feed information to management • Ensure updating Visit Reports as well as customer´s data and opportunity.

Key Skills

Skills and knowledge required: • A university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering with a strong commercial skill set, • 5-6 years working experience in plastic injection moulding industry with
