• Performing and working with team for financial valuation • Work of financial modeling, financial & commercial due diligence, feasibility studies projects independently or with a team in multiple sectors • Preparing quality deliverables (including valuation models and reports) within agreed timeliness • Develop valuation models of varying complexities for local and international entities (private or public) of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries and perform valuation analysis, as necessary. • Analyze and synthesize target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company. • Look for opportunities for leads for new business development

Key Skills
