Should have a reasonably good hands-on experience working with HYPERWORKS, OPTISTRUCT, LS DYNA Candidate with hands-on experience on either of the solvers OPTISTRUCT or LS DYNA is fine. Experience on both would be great. ― Linear and Non-Linear Static/ Quasi-static Analysis – OPTISTRUCT / LS DYNA o Static and Abuse loads study o Longitudinal and Lateral Rigidity of Console o Static Stiffness of CCB STG Col assy. Longitudinal Stiffness and Lateral Bending Analysis o Door Stiffness Analysis – Map Pocket, Grab Handle, Armrest – Abuse Loads o NVH Modal Analysis o Frequency Response Function (FRF) - Road Induced Fatigue Load ― Non-Linear Dynamic Impact Analysis – LS DYNA o Door Trim Side Organ Form Impact- Thorax, Pelvis, Abdomen Impactors o Head Impact – ECE-R21/IS15223 o PAB Deployment simulation ― Mesh Model Building ----- IP, Console, Door Trims, Overhead Consoles, Headliners, Pillar trims, all Interior and Exterior components, Latches, Foams, Heat Stakes, Retainers, Clip towers, Vibe welds, Ultrasonic welds Solid meshing skills for Hexa and Tetra meshing of complex features and shapes of parts
