• Creates, guides and monitors the development of a clinic, who chooses the direction, train staff, monitor all the process, analyzes statistics results and feedbacks to improve the quality of services and increase sales. • Explore new sales opportunities within existing portfolio and search new potential customers • Set and manage meetings to acquire new potential clients • Attend relevant conferences and events to market the clinic services • Achieve sales target as set by the GM on a quarterly and/or yearly basis • Ensure an effective healthcare delivery to clients/patients and ensure issues are resolve on a timely manner • Proactively follow the new trends and come up with ideas then present them to GM with all the necessary info - calculations about the cost, investments, prices, research on competitors and so on. • Manage records and maintain customer profile including keeping track of key decision makers • Uphold an image of the clinic being the trusted medical services provider to clients through efficient working relationships and regular client interaction
