Duties and responsibilities: Create the Marketing Annual Strategy and budget Manage, coordinate, guide and lead the marketing team Create the marketing campaign Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including online and offline marketing campaigns and assets such as company website, blog, social media accounts, flyers, promotional collateral etc. Implement not only a strong digital and online marketing strategy, manage social media accounts, but also work with traditional mass media such as radio, TV, magazines etc. Build strong Public Relations Build partnership relationships Generate ideas for business development Lead, develop and execute annual marketing plan for achievement of results Ensure attention to and delivery on customers' needs and expectations through effective collaboration with sales, customer service and other teams Lead the launch of new services and ensure achievement of prelaunch and launch objectives in the assigned geography Serve as point of internal communication for all services, best practices and ensure regular updates to all key stakeholders Proactively monitor competitors, new trends Analyze sales performance, gaps and work on them

Key Skills

Degree Qualified with 3-5 years professional experience in medical industry (especially aesthetics, anti-aging and well-being) Strong communication, analytic, sales, presentation, management, and lead
