Introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organisational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the company. Defining, implementing and ensuring in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection. Ensuring that these are implemented. Ensuring and implementing preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management. Creating, adapting and ensuring an optimum quality and food safety system (hygiene concept, HACCP etc.). Planning and supporting certification audits, documenting the results and tracking measures from audit reports. Monitoring external shelf life dates and counteracting if necessary. Stock monitoring. Making decisions relating to the approval of critical batches, initiating appropriate measures if not approved and informing suppliers.
